The regularization of immigration status process, allows you to get a regular immigration status as a temporary or permanent resident, depending on your particular situation and the type of resident condition for which you qualify.
Am I elegible for a regularization process?
You are elegible to apply for a regularization of immigration status in Mexico if:
You are staying in Mexico without an expired immigration document of no longer than 60 days of expiration
You are working in Mexico without a valid document
You are a married to or common-law partner of a temporary or permanent resident, or to a mexican citizen
You are a parent or son/daughter of a temporary or permanente resident, or of a mexican citizen
